Day 5 and feeling alive

I can't believe the difference from yesterday. I woke up feeling refreshed and less sore. I have had some yogurt and am getting ready to go out for a short walk. I feel like I am going to be ok and I am going to get thru this experience. Thankful for all the love and support I have received. I feel excited today and ready to tackle a new challenge!

Good for you! I felt great after 5 days also, it was nice to get out of bed without much pain at all.

Now after almost 3 weeks i am still trying to get my Water in. But I know I will get better with time.

And down almost 40 lbs!
