I'm allowed artificial sweetner. What exactly are you having a hard time with? I have yet to be hungry and have to force myself to drink.

I can't have artificial sweeteners either, they give me a migraine.

If you're looking for Protein drinks, Jay Robb has some that use Stevia, which I CAN use.

You were not given a food list ? Go to Endobariatric on fb and dr Alvarez has his food list there for every stage. Does that help?

Question for post op people... I had surgery on 10/15. Lost a bunch then stopped immediately when I started my full liquids. I've been logging on My Fitness Pal and I I've gotten the protein in but I'm only taking in maybe 690 calories per day. I looked through my info from my Nutritionist and don't see any listing of calories per stage, just a list of protein/water requirements. Am I eating too few calories so my body is in starvation mode?? Starting puréed stage today, so maybe my body may react differently... I'm 44 years old... Anyone have particular success in a specific calorie range?

I am only getting in around 500 per day and I'm still losing. Surgery date 10/15 down 35 now. Lost 1 lb overnight last night. Maybe keeping in the 500-600 range helps.

I was sleeved on the 24th and I'm getting in one bottle of Isopure premade protein drink in aday plus 40 oz of water and some low carb Gatorade. Its only 40g wich is low but I'm stilk tryong to adjust to taking a sip every 10-15 min lol. I've lost 15lbs since my surgery.
