    i like this one better but i am also on dailystrength.org they have groups for many things though. i frequented the obesity board there. i know they have a weight loss surgery board as well but i never posted on it.

    Seriously, I love my friends on MyFitnessPal and now that I'm not a newbie anymore I find the info and encouragement from them the most helpful - more so than even on VST.
