I have my EGD on October 28th. Then my psyche and nutrition evaluation on November 4th. My stress test is scheduled for November 5th. They said one of the tests takes about 5 days to get the results back but I can't remember which one. Any thoughts? I have Empire BCBS and they only require me to have the psyche and nutritional evaluation.

I'm hoping to have surgery before the end of the year because my insurance will change January 1st. The coordinator seems to think it will be no problem.

I just hope once they submit my papers that they approve it quickly!

If the nutritional evaluation is a blood test, depending on which lab you use it could take a few days. I used to work for a lab and some samples would either have to be shipped to other locations or only set up to run on the instrument once or twice a week for tests they didn't do as often.
