3 weeks out and portion sizes

Good Morning,

I was sleeved on 10/2 so I am three weeks out today.

I'm just not feeling much restriction when i eat at this point and wondering if I am eating too much.

Last night, I ate 1/2 cup of chili for dinner and I was definitely full after that but I feel like that is a lot compared to what others say they can eat.

I just ate two slices of deli turkey with a 1/2 slice of cheese in each and I don't really feel full and it went down so easy as most food does for me.

My doctor's guidelines say to be eating about 1/2 cup of food at a meal. I am on target per those guildelines. Also, my daily calories are between 500 and 700.

I'm just curious if others can eat this amount at 3 weeks out because i see so many posts about eating 2 or 3 bites and being full. This is definitely not the case for me. .

Also, I have hit a stall for the past 8 days so I am hoping that is not due to the amount I am eating.

Thanks for your responses.
