  1.    lakiap reacted to a post in a topic: How Much Had You Lost At 7 Weeks Out?
  2. Thanks for the response. I keep telling myself that in a couple more months I will look back and will see my progress more clearly. I tend to get so hung up on the daily weight ins, tracking etc.
  3. My surgery was 10/2 and to date I have lost 28lbs. The first 15 came off in the first two weeks after surgery and it's been slow going since then. I'm fine with being a slow loser but just starting to get scared I won't lose anymore. I have lost about 2 lbs in the last two weeks. Surgery weight was 255. How much had you lost at 7 weeks out?
  4. Good morning, I was sleeved 10/2 and have lost 17 lbs so far. However, in the last 10 days I have only lost 2 lbs. Starting to get nervous that I'm not going to lose anymore. Did anyone else have a similar weight loss progression? When did the weight loss start to pick up again for you? Thanks!
  5. Good Morning, I was sleeved on 10/2 so I am three weeks out today. I'm just not feeling much restriction when i eat at this point and wondering if I am eating too much. Last night, I ate 1/2 cup of chili for dinner and I was definitely full after that but I feel like that is a lot compared to what others say they can eat. I just ate two slices of deli turkey with a 1/2 slice of cheese in each and I don't really feel full and it went down so easy as most food does for me. My doctor's guidelines say to be eating about 1/2 cup of food at a meal. I am on target per those guildelines. Also, my daily calories are between 500 and 700. I'm just curious if others can eat this amount at 3 weeks out because i see so many posts about eating 2 or 3 bites and being full. This is definitely not the case for me. . Also, I have hit a stall for the past 8 days so I am hoping that is not due to the amount I am eating. Thanks for your responses.
  6. The shakes I use are pre made so no blender.
  7. I was sleeved 10/2 and have has a pretty easy and uneventful recovery so far. My first week was all clear fluids and then full liquids the second week. I have been starting my days with a premier Protein drink (which I drank post op w no problems). After I drink the shake I feel like my stomach fills with gas and I am very burpy and uncomfortable. The rest of the day continues like that and it is a struggle to get anything else in. It almost feels like I am all stopped up. And when I drink Water and have a yogurt or Soup it feels like it is all just sitting on top of the gas. Has anyone else had this issue? How long did it last? I'm going to try a yogurt for Breakfast tomorrow and see if that helps.
