Pre Op

I have to lose 20lbs... Technically 15 but I don't want to weigh over so I'm telling myself 20...

Any suggestions on how to speed this along... I already lost the first 13 in a week but that always happens.... Now comes the very hard part... I want to lose it in 4 weeks or less so I can have surgery in December! Ughh as I'm typing this I know I should be exercising .... Constantly :-/... I'm doing a 1200 calorie diet !

When I wanted to lose weight fast, I went on a strict low carb diet. Only eating meat, eggs and cheese. I did my best to stay below 20 carbs a day, which is tough to do even when you're only eating meat. I was able to lose 8lbs in a week. I didn't count calories, just carbs.

Just go on an all liquid high protein diet now. All protein shakes, no solids. That will get the pounds off.
