Can I use this as a multivitamin?

A protein shake that I recently tried and really liked has a lot of good stuff in it. I was wondering if I could use this as a multivitamin during the first & second stage after surgery? Since no one responded I'm going to assume that's because no one was sure about it. I compared it to common gummy multivitamins (since that is what I would be taking during the first few months after surgery) and this protein powder mixed with milk or water seems to have more vitamins per serving so I'll probably just use this as my multivitamin and kill two birds with one stone and get my protein and multivitamin in in one shot.
