Progress- 2 months

I do my pictures/measurements from the first day of my pre op diet. So I started my pre op diet 8/17, I have lost overall 48.8# from my heaviest and 37 of that from the start of my pre op diet and 27 since my surgery 8/27 and lost over 30". Definitely progressing at my own pace, I am content with my loss, I have not stalled really at all, some weeks are lower than others. I lost a bulk of the weight in the first week post op and have averaged around 2-2.5# since. I eat around 900 calories a day and rarely don't hit my protein (70+) I go to the gym and 50+ min of cardio is really nothing now. I am down from a 26 to a loose 22 in pants and feel the best I have in years.
