Mine was 5 holes, but I've seen pictures of the single incision. The one I saw went in through the belly button. I haven't heard any reports of pain levels.

I was looking at that same doctor and procedure but decided on his colleague dr Valenzuela with the traditional 5 incisions based on cost and I figured it was less practiced than the traditional procedure. And couldn't help but wonder why so few docs do that procedure. I dunno... I also know that the little incisions from my robotic hysterectomy all the same size as these ones will be, have all healed and become basiclly invisible within a year. But if you're going with single incision with that Doc, he does have an excellent reputation. Good luck...

Yeah I'm schedualed with Dr. V right now for Tuesday, Diez just had a last minute opening. I decided to stick with Dr. V. Less risk less money less pain. I wondered the same thing why not do many docs do it.. I need to get right back to work and I'm going alone to Mexico don't need anymore stress. How was Dr. V??

Haven't had my surgery yet.

On day 3 of pre op diet. Surgery is Nov. 1st.

Driving 9 hours to TJ on Halloween.

When is your surgery with Dr. V ?

Who's your coordinator?

Mines Christy. Love her !
