Eating

I'm 4 weeks out and it still hurts when I eat. Is that normal?

Are you eating slow? Chewing well?

Yes don't know. Maybe still healing?

Try not to eat too fast, that's what I was doing at first which results in a tummy ache. Probably most of us were used to eating this way and now we have to slow way down and really chew everything well. Use a smaller spoon and cut up everything really tiny I find that it helps alot.

Thanks for the advice. It took me an hour to eat a quarter of a turkey burger (no bun) but no pain lol
