Help!

How the heck did I already fail two days into my 5 day fast. If I can't been manage 2 days how the hell am I going to succeed at my overall weight loss.

    I wouldn't stress about it....its a huge change!!! Ive done cleanses and fasting before so I know how those first few days can be....Just keep yourself crazy busy!!
