Sooo different

So this may come as a shocker to people but I'm a recovering food addict...yes probably the hardest thing I've done since giving birth. So since being sleeved ice lost 45lbs since August 12- so happy with that. But since I don't have a go to our a fall back relationship with food I've became depressed. I had my first real panic attack last night(so scary). My husband has no clue how do he can't relate or even support me. Why do I feel so lonely. I mean I can cross my legs now..even in that retrospect I should feel like a million bucks. My kids make me the best I am right now. I sometimes want a divorce I sometimes want to binge eat like no other. I know the best thing is counciling. But I don't have the time. I think about working out all the time but I don't...so...now what...oh and I pray alot..is it only in time..

So sorry for what you are going through! I feel somewhat like that too, I am/was an emotional eater. My sister and I joked about it last week, I ate when I was depressed, happy, angry, sad, etc...so really I just ate. So now what do I do. Drink (water for now). I hope you find your replacement soon. PS I just started back to the gym and it has helped my attitude.

Sounds like you really need to talk to someone. Try to find sometime to squeeze it in.

There are some things only a professional can help us with.

You've done great so far, don't sabotage yourself. Stick with it and try to find someone way talk with a professional. If you binge, you know you will only feel worse and then the spiral begins.

Reach out.

Best wishes..
