5 Months Post Surgery and down 82lbs

Hi guys! I am coming up on the 5 months since I got my sleeve (May 28th). I am down 82lbs from 318lbs to 236lbs.

I feel great, but have to work harder now to keep the calorie count down and the exercise level up. My weight loss has slowed, but I know what I need to do.

I am still hoping to lose another 20-30 lbs. I'm in it for the long haul and hope I get there.
