Post op appt today

Today is my 4 week post op appt, having side pain pretty bad hopefully it's nothing bad.

Good news is down from 218 to 189

Doc said nerves are repairing themselves so that's why I am having pain. She said for me to start on regular food so I can get my Protein. My BMI is down, I'm happy with my progress.

Ate chicken, it was delicious.
