Surgery date March 29

I can't believe I'm actually posting anything. I've been stalking you guys for so long. I'm having my surgery by Dr. Landerholm in Edmonds, Washington on 3-29. I've already started the pre surgery diet (just because I wanted to get started--the doc didn't request that I do until 10 days before but I feel silly just sitting around waiting to lose weight)--anyway I've already lost nine

pounds in the first week! I know it's mostly water but I havn't seen the scale respond like that for years!:clap2:

Looks like you got the ticker figured out!!! Also the losing weight---we all know it will not fall off by itself. The amazing thing about the band, is that the weight you lost, is GONE----it is the maintenance of it no more yo-yoing!

Glad you stepped out of lurker status---hang out, tell us about yourself. We look forward to getting to know you!
