Who knew I was gymnast and can flip and jump through hoops?! I got the call from my dr Thursday for approval but received a letter from insurance that additional information was requested. I had to leave a message for my dr's office. I am so flipping ready to get this going now who knows. Thinking positive!

_{i feel your pain, i called my insurance company on oct 4th to check the status and they told me i was approved however myself or my coordinator have not yet received whatever approval letter we are supposed to receive.}
