5 days post-Op

Hi All,

it is 5 days already Post-Op ... and i lost 24 lbs already :) I am on a liquid diet for this month drinking 3 Liter of Water daily along with half liter juice.

I am sleeping around 8-9 hours a day one shot :)

any recommendation for Vitamin and Protein in the 1st month ?
