One month post-op and feeling good

One month post op and I am happy :) I am down 28 pounds, 7 inches in my hips, 7 inches in my waist, and 3 inches in my chest. Also down almost 2 pant sizes. I seem to be adjusting well to this so far and I just wanted to share. I have learned so much from this board on food options and ways to eat. Made the ricotta bake tonight.....YUM. And luckily so far I have tolerated everything I have tried to eat (well minus ff refried beans....those made me nauseated after 3 bites)
