    I was experiencing the nasty taste in my mouth for the first 4 weeks. I started sucking on sugar free mints and it helped some. It wasn't until after I got 2 liters of IV fluids that the taste subsided. I'm not positive the dehydration was why my mouth tasted so bad or if I felt so much better after the fluids that it didn't bother me so much. But I don't notice the taste anymore.

    It's burning fat for fuel. I use Listerine strips, they work well for ketosis breath.
