How much can u eat 3 month out?

Today at lunch I was able to eat a whole chicken breast with 4 potato cubes (medium size) and that really freaked me out.... is that normal? am almost 2 and a half month out

OK, I think you are fine. I've found it's easy to overeat in your mouth. The restriction happens when it hits your tummy. If you eat very quickly you can get in more than you should, then, you really regret it later. Try slowing way down, take a tiny bite, put down the fork, wait a minute or two, repeat. Stop as soon as it starts to feel full.
