Has any female used Rogaine? Does it work? Is it difficult to use? I have PCOS and am banded and I have noticed my hair thinning out terribly. I'm desperate but am worried about using Rogaine. Will it make my hair fall out more at first? Any information from ladies who actually use or used Rogaine would be awesome. Thanks.

As a cosmetologist and someone who has pcos I would use nioxion if u know anyone that is a cosmetologist you can have them pick up a bottle of their shampoo and conditioner for about 15 dollars at the beauty supply house. Also there is a medication that you can take I believe it's called propecia that helps with hair loss. I hate hate and once again hate pcos!

Nioxin worked wonders for me. If your hairdresser won't pick it up for you at their cheaper price, you can get it at most beauty supply stores. I actually think some stores like Target are carrying it now, but they may not have all of the Nioxin products. You have to check around where you live.

I like nioxin too I get mine on Amazon. ..mainly bc its easier for me to order it than search for it.. but that's me I'm an amazon junky ..lol
