My Port & My Bra

My port and my bra are not getting along at all. 2 weeks post op and of course my port area is sore as expected. Heck my steri-strips just fell off a few days ago. Anyway...Finally got out today & went to the mall and had several "Ouch" moments. My port was killing me when I would bend a certain way or reach. Got home and figured out it was my bra causing the irritation. With the bra on it causes restriction so when I bend it would pull. But afer all those pains I felt i am now braless but still having pain. So back to the Loritab I go and Sports Bras from on until I heal. I know...tmi

Two nights ago I was sleepless and I was tired but I couldn't fall to sleep, my port area was acting up, hurting if I got on my side...well at about 4 am. I realized it was my bra...I was wearing a tight bra, because I am terrorized that my breast is going to get saggy, and my husband is not going to like it anymore, which is only in my head...he keeps telling me that the most important thing is my health, but I don't want my bubbies to go flat =:(

Dr. Oz saI'd wearing bras all the time make your breast sag. I was always taught the opposite. Just FYI.
