4th Fill- This May Be Green Zone

Well I'm 5 days in from my 4th Fill and I woke up this morning and I'm not hungry. It's 10:30 am and I haven't eaten a thing . Im staying fill for 4 hours between meals . My last fill , I was hungry the day after the fill. So I'm going to see a good month. Still working out like crazy.... Gotta make good choices....

I'm excited abt this part of the journey...

Well this is going great! I'm staying full for like 3-4 hours between meals. Whoaaaa....I wasn't hungry today until 2 pm and it's 7:00 pm and hunger still hasn't kicked in fully!

That's great! I'm 4 days out from my 6th fill. I think I'm finally in the green zone. I've almost got stuck a few times but I think it was just not chewing enough and problem foods. I'm hoping I don't end up too tight but most things aren't bothering if I take small bites and chew, chew, chew! I don't get hungry until about 11 am. Then again about 3pm but usually wait til dinner about 5 to eat. Then done or very small snack for the night. I could get used to this!

I get my first fill on Wednesday, so hoping this helps the curb the hunger. I know it can take several fills but I do hope this helps somewhat.

I know what you're saying. I just had my third fill and finely I'm feeling quite a bit of restriction. If i drink water I feel full for hours. Good thing just in time for the holidays!!
