Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and excited that I got my surgery date today:) 11/20/13 I am looking forward to starting on this journey and very thankful that I found all of you guys.. I am so encouraged by reading the posts and everyone's stories. Just wanted to say Thank You!! And is anyone else getting banded November 20th??

I know exactly how you feel, i haven't been to my meeting yet where I find out about the pre op diet.. Do you know yet how yours will be?

Yea I have to do 4 slim fast a day and 64 oz of water that's it for 4 weeks.

Wow! Do you purchase any shakes and bars from the hospital? When I go on Tuesday, I purchase shakes, bars and vitamins.

Yes, I'm day 2 into this. I haven't ate for more than 48hrs and I'm struggling. This is so tough.
