Any one know anything about a lil pouch streach does it go back to normal hows is fixed

The pouch is still the stomach with the same characteristics of expanding (stretching) and contracting, same as it is meant to do depending upon how much is put in it....or not.

I had the classic "Beer Belly" from constantly overeating non stop, could not stop.......looked like I was going to have quintuplets....

Are you talking about the portion of your stomach above your band stretching?

If so, it depends on how severely it's stretched. Stretching is usually caused by chronic over eating, so be careful of portion sizes going forward.

I would ask your doctor. He can tell you what, if anything, can or should be done for your specific situation.
