I had a plateau 3 weeks after I had surgery. I lost a crazy amount of weight in those 3 weeks. Something like 25 pounds but then it just stopped! I was so frustrated because I didn't change anything and I was stuck for 5 days! I went on this site and people told me if my doctor gives me the ok, I should start slowly exercising. My doctor said it was fine so I hit the gym 4x a week for an hour and the weight started dropping again and kept dropping!

I have been around the same weight for 6 months. My doctor is pleased with what I weigh and said if I stay where I am he is thrilled. Ask your dietitian for help.
