1 week till first fill, can't get here get enough!

I have one more week until my first fill and I can not wait. Not only will I be four weeks post op then, which means I can dive deeper into my workout routine and lift weights, but I want to leave this bandster hell behind me! I've done well with maintaining my weight over the past two weeks, but I feel like I can physically eat whatever foods I want, in any portion size. I won't lie, I've eaten a couple things I shouldn't have (I have a terrible sweet tooth), but I've really been trying hard to not gain any weight before my first fill. I'm very thankful for MyFitnessPal because it totally keeps me in check when I have to track my food!

Sarah RN482 - I'm so glad you posted this because I feel the same ... I was banded on 30 sept and I felt tender and little appetite then. Last week my hunger started and this week I could eat anything. I've been eating smooth porridge, crisps or if ur American chips, chocolate, crackers, pâté, broccoli, potatoe, cottage cheese, cake, mashed potatoe, these are the types of food but I could eat 4/or 5 times a day... My first fill is 31st oct and I cannot wait. I'm planning my food next week and have decided to get on protein shakes loads of people are losing weight with protein shakes. Good luck to us ... I feel same as u though ..
