What are some of the funniest, craziest, zaniest things people have told you about your band or your weight loss? I would like to make a list to include in my blog....(NO names will be given!!)

Here are a few of mine...I think they are crazy because even though I lost 67 lbs I am still considered obese by the weight charts (Just goes to show PERSPECTIVE is everything. I look great compared to where I have been, but I am still fat people!!)

1. You look like you are melting!

2. Bean pole!

3. You are average sized now!

4. If you just stay like this you will be great.

5. I can tell you feel better about yourself because you are not hiding your hair in a knot anymore.

6. Hot Mama!

7. When does the band come out?

8. You don't want to loose too much more you will look sick.

9. Did you start working out or something?

10. I noticed you look different but I don't like to comment because my aunt lost a lot of weight and was in fact dying.

11. You should Celebrate your [insert milestone weight loss] with a dinner out!

I forgot one the other day I had bought my first two outfits never wore them before and I was wearing one and my Mother of all people said oh you are losing and have lost a lot I see your wearing your skinny pants I thought to myself really but I just took the compliment and said thankyou as she see's me everyday I live with the woman so it is kind of nice when the people that see you everyday notice I just thought it was funny.

Wow! Hahaha, this is a great topic!!! I've heard so many things, but it always amazes me when people are rude. Its as though, they don't believe my transformation, and sometimes it seems like in a bad way. But whats really funny, my weight would be the same from the last time I saw them. I always wonder why they didn't notice last time.

One really nice compliment I received yesterday was, "Wow, you like just like you did in High School". I will admit, I am still beaming today from that one!!

I almost forgot to share, the NO COMMENT. Just stare.....!

Today one of my staff who has not seen me for six months said " bloody hell your thin " ? Lol loved it

Someone asked me if I had a girl or a boy? **** ive had a hysterectomy 15 years ago and my kids are on college ! Go figure . Always notice that men will compliment way before women. Amazes me that women I havnt seen for ever will not say a word like they can't tell I'm down 70 pounds!

I would never be like that. I'm always the first to compliment someone and cheer them on for their hard work!!! Some people :-(

I am in the insurance process of getting qualified but I have been told " you have such a pretty face you'd be so much prettier if you lost weight, really? and today my sister told me she's praying that I don't get the lapband, I told her don't do that I'm praying I will, and I'm not doing it for you, I'm going to be selfish and do this for myself no matter what she or anyone else feels.

Yesterday at work I had a woman walk by me, then stop, turn around and say, "You're tiny! Have you always been that tiny because you are tiny?!?"

Now keep in mind that I am 5'2" and 180 and therefor far from tiny, lol. But I am not going to lie it was good to hear. Especially considering a had a big fleece jacket on. Now with that being said had I not been 55lbs heavier 9months ago she probably wouldn't have thought I looked "tiny"

I bumped into someone in the kitchen at work whom I've not seen in months. Her reaction was "Where's the other half of you?"

While it's only roughly a quarter of my body-weight lost, it's still nice to hear.

One lady asked me if I was sick. I did not change my drivers license for 3 years, and when I pulled it out, people went WOW! I finally proudly changed it before my birthday! ( driving 100 miles round trip and gathering all the information for it was stopping me).
