Any restriction with no fill?

I'm two and half weeks post op. I have nothing in my band but when I eat a little to much I feel it stuck in my chest area. Is there restriction with just the empty band?

  • My band is totally empty of all Fluid, and I have a considerable amount of restriction. I am almost in the elusive "green zone" with no fluid. When I did have fluid in my band, it was too tight. Eve

  • Are you on the Mush phase? If you are make sure to chew chew chew! Also, I just had to go to the doctor for a 'lump in my throat' and she told me that after a surgery like this our esophagus can beg

Also, I just had to go to the doctor for a 'lump in my throat' and she told me that after a surgery like this our esophagus can begin acting up and spasming - which could explain the stuck feeling you may be having.

As for restriction without fills - I think that would be heavenly!
