Scale hugging...inappropriate or not???

Sooooo...I almost hugged my scales this a.m.!!! For the past 15+ years, I've been over 200 lbs...way over. I had a follow up appointment scheduled with my surgeon today and decided to weigh before I went. I didn't want to be surprised, shocked or disappointed. Well..I thought my eyes were deceiving me, so I tried not to get excited. The dr's office scales are always different anyway. I got there and weighed in today at 197.8!!! I almost cried. Although I know I still have long way to go, but I am so excited and happy!!!

Thank you ZinniaMT!

Stivers4097...30 lbs is GREAT progress! I hit a plateau at 216 and the scale wouldn't budge! I changed up my workout plan and got back on track! It has been said that everyone will hit a plateau at some point. Hang in there...this too shall pass!

CHEZNOEL...I will from now on, LOL! :)))
