Yaaay so today is my 3 weeks post op!! And thank God I'm been feeling good. And now even better that I got a call from my docs that I can slowly start introducing reg foods! Yaaaaay me!

I was anxious for this day to come, and now that its here I'm happy bit scared as well. Hopefully my stomach can take having reg foods now. Hope they don't make me sick.

Oh and I see my doc on Friday!

The weightloss I think is slow. It's been close to 8 lbs. I thought I would be more. But hey I will take 8 lbs anytime lol

I think I've lost more inches than lbs because I see the big difference in my clothes. I had this new dress I wanted to wear for Xmas but I never fit into it. And now it zipped up sp easily!!

So slow but will get there I guess. Let's see by Friday when the doc weighs me, see where I'm at

Yes, slowly but surely. And my skin feels thin ( if that makes sense) and that's a good feeling

How are the reg foods going down? Is your body handling them ok ? How is a typical days diet? Do you still have to take sips?
