For me after four weeks I could have anything I could tolerate. I was a carb junkie so I tried to stay away from most of the above. But I had roasted tomato Soup, and the next time the salmon with rice. There's nothing I've tried that I can't tolerate. Don't know if that's good or bad lol

I can eat just about anything without a problem at all!! I feel full really fast but am eating under 800 calories.... no bread yet as that and steak are the last to return but will i keep losing once bread is back?
