Its a sharp pain in my shoulder and at the same time a sharp pain on my left side just under my rib cage. Anybody experience this?

I have a sharp pain under my right rib cage went to dr he said nothing was wrong, meanwhile it feels like something is lose in there and also feels like something is leaking. At first I thought maybe I pulled a muscle golfing, if this keeps up I am going back to him. He did find tho that my small intestine u can feel it he said u should not be able to feel this go for ultra sound in a week, maybe the pain is transferring to under rib cage????

Try heating pad on shoulder the pain is caused by gas from surgery, heating pad helps
