Does Your Metabolism Change After 50?

It has been so hard to burn extra calories....i feel sluggish a lot of the time..how can I stay upbeat about losing when it is soooo slow? How can I help it along?

    ok I found that eating more protein is better..plus I upped my sublingual B12 vitamin!! much better thanks!!
