Pre Gastric Sleeve Plication Surgery

Hello all,

I am going to Tijuana, Mexico to Dr. Huacuz in December 2011 for the gastric plication. Any other comments about Dr. Huacuz? He seems competent to me, but just read about him being arrested in July this year for malpractice. What was that about?
