The only thing I'd worry about is all the sugar alcohol in it... It'll give you diarrhea

Ok my iPad is going nuts. Hopefully the pictures posted. If you can't see them let me know I'll try again!

I was thinking that!

Pretty high in fat, which causes trouble for some. I wouldn't risk having a whole tub of it around. I know I'd be too tempted to eat more than I should.

Let me know how it goes!

when i was doing weight watchers, I used to take a tub of light or fat free cool whip can't remember which one, and freeze it. It tasted like a vanilla ice cream. You could add flavorings like the flavorings for drinks to it before you froze it. They make sugar free vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, etc....

Thanks for that idea, I have sugar free syrup, like Kahula and Irish Cream, coconut and banana, think I'm going to try mixing that in.. Something different.

Breyers makes carb smart and no sugar added. 4 grams of sugar 4 grams sugar alcohol and 13 carbs.

A better choice would be Healthy Choice frozen Greek yogurt. Low sugar, low fat, and 4gr protein. After surgery it's even more important to avoid empty calories - we can eat so little we really need to make every bite count. I go for anything w/protein - the more the better. And I like that it comes in little hoodsie-cup sized cups. I eat one and done. No chance of eating more than the single serving.
