Awesome. How far out could u?

I'm 7 months, was allowed to eat them at 6 or 7 weeks (I probably waited til 3 months for rice, it killed me with my lap bamd and I was scared of it!!!) Don't eat much at 1 time but have no issue with either.

Thank you

I can eat white rice and pasta with no problems. I just tried pasta last weekend. I'm almost six months out. I am going to try to limit rice and pasta to maybe a couple times a year.

So something like ramen noodles would be ok?

As long as it's not sticky rice, I'm ok with it in general. I had a bad craving for sushi (made with sticky white rice) not too long ago, fell for it like an idiot and threw it all up like nobody's business. Screw that, I can live without rice in my diet. Lesson learned!

I've read on here that it's not recommended due to the lack of nutritional value and the big amounts of sodium in it.

I recommend quinoa...protein,complex carbs, lots of fiber.
