Advice

Hi!! I wanted to get some opinions. I bought a mini stepper this weekend. I have no stamina yet. I have been trying to do the stepper a few times a day. Do you think that's the same as if I was able to do 30 minutes all at one time??

Yup! 6 five minute walks work as well as 1 30 minute walk. Just keep moving!!!!!!!!

  • At this point any minutes you do some sort of exercise whether all together or staggered is going to help. Do what you can and then each day push a little more. date of surgery 02/21/12 surgery wei

I was hoping you would say that. I figure each day I will build my stamina.
