nauseas omg. not a good feeling

After I finished my protein shake I get this weird feeling nauseas like I was going pass out.. the only I did was I drink a little bit if 1% milk before my protein shake I just wonder if it was cause of that. But from now on I need to becareful with the milk.. also I change my protein shake flavor from chocolate to vanilla I will see and try the vanilla shake to see if is the vanilla
