hummus and refried beans?

I am 2 wks and 3 days out, I was wondering if these 2 foods are ok at this stage, I didnt get to see my NUT because she was off the day I had my post op, and they gave me a piece of paper with not many guidlines....anyone else try these at my stage, looking to eat something besides egg salad and cream of wheat....ty

    One of my fav things to eat at that stage were mashed canned white and black Beans. They sat well and low in calories and full of Protein and flavor. Preop weight 389 current weight 333 lost to date
