Im back!

I feel absolutely marvelous! I've been missing is action since surgery. I've been trying to adjust and get me new life in order. Surgery was July 23, since then I have been release from my surgeon to start working out. I have officially gotten rid of 24 pounds forever! I'm doing better with fluids as the days go by, but I have no problem taking my supplements . Hope everyone else is doing good.
