Magnesium citrate, when will it stop?

Ugh, so I had two 10oz bottles this morning and it started working within an hour and works until now! Anybody knows how long it's supposed to have effect on you? I really wanted to go out for a walk, but I cannot be in less than 10 yards radius from the restroom :( sorry if TMI :P

I haven't actually had to do this yet, but know people who have. They all say it doesn't stop until your system gets cleared out. So it could be awhile longer:(

I know how much that must suck but just think about it as some extra pounds lost Lol Good luck!

Believe or not, I lost 4 lbs today :) sounds like I won't get too much sleep :)

I still went the morning of surgery. I was terrified I would have an accident on the surgery table! I didn't but that stuff seems to never leave you alone.
