Lap site pain

Hi...I'm 10 days post op RNY. My one week appt was yesterday. I would have mentioned this to my surgeon, but it didn't start until last night. I'm having excruciating pain near two of my lap sites. Kind of a burning, twisting, spasm. It's not constant, but when I move and use my stomach muscles it's terrible.

I thought it was possibly a deficiency, like maybe not getting enough hydration or vitamins.

My husband says it sounds like a hernia. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

I'd appreciate any feedback. Thank you!!!

Sounds to me like you should get your surgeon on the phone. Don't mean to scare you but better safe than sorry.
