    Make soups. Make a spinach and potato soup. Sauté some onions add cubed potatoes, pour over some vegetable or chicken broth. When the potatoes are almost done add in 2 bags of spinach. When it all cooks down, blend it and then add milk or cream. I would add protein powder also so that you get all that protein in.
