PEANUT BUTTER? ?

Ok. I'm 11 days post op and I put 1TB of peanut butter in my protein shake. Is that ok? On some web sites I read its ok on some they say stay away. What's your opinion?

Hi everybody. Thanks for your help the other day. Picked up the PB2. Its gooooodd!! Haven't tried the toast with it yet as I had an issue with toast. .felt like a heart attack! But thanks for advice.
