Head hunger

Anyone have issues combating head hunger? I feel sometimes like I can't control it and I'm scared that I'm going to sabotage myself, especially these last couple of weeks. Any ideas, support or words of wisdom would be great!

    I feel the same way! Head hunger is what gets me to cheat all the time!! It's a fight daily. But we have to remember that we are stronger then that little voice I our head!!
