I woulda told my husband to kiss my butt! That was very insensitive!!!!

How about 'thank you for worrying about me but being isolated and not feeling like part of the family makes me feel worse'. I guess that's better than kiss my butt

My husband never said that to me but I did feel left out for awhile and just didn't join then for dinner till I was able to start eating

I just finished serving my family thr dinner I made them. Baked chicken thighs and mashed potatoes with a green salad on the side. I served them all, grabbed my crystal light lemonade and sat down with them. Kinda sad because I wish I could eat but, happy I'm losing weight so I can deal with it. Then my hubby says. 'You should leave the table I dnt feel comfortable eating infront of you' I say I'm ok I can handle it. But he insist he can't eat that way. So here I am in my room waiting on my family to b done eating. Feeling left out. I'm exactly one week post op today..... oh well. It will get better. Just tired of liquids blah!
