    Hi Shershrinking...

    I made the surgery appointment about a month ago contigent upon getting approval from the insurance company. This window of time fits well with my work schedule so I have felt a lot of pressure to not let any of the remaining hurdles derail this surgical appointment. So far so good. Thanks for the well wishes!
