Bad Breath

Anyone having or had bad breath during the liquid diet??? It's killing me!!

I had horrible breath for a few weeks after surgery ... I didn't realize it until my husband said something. Hurt my feelings but then what didn't during that phase. Lol. I read that it is your body going thru ketosis and bad breath is one of the side effects. It doesn't last.

Water, water water!!! Most cause of bad breath is that you are not drinking enough of clear fluids (no flavor). It helps washing away that bad bacteria :)
